We would like to inform you that a partial amendment to the Articles of Incorporation was resolved at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on October 16, 2020.
The reason for holding the extraordinary general meeting this time was to change the articles of incorporation in order to abolish the share certificates issued by the Company and shift to a company that does not issue share certificates. As a result, stock certificates were abolished and data management was adopted.
On May 14, we donated 10,000 of the masks purchased in large quantities from our suppliers to Yokosuka City so that they could be distributed to medical personnel in Yokosuka City.
