Vice President Kusaka of the joint venture Resin Plating Technology (RPT), who had returned from Indonesia due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, left for Indonesia on October 1. We would like to inform you that a partial amendment to the Articles of Incorporation was resolved at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on October 16, 2020.
The reason for holding the extraordinary general meeting this time was to change the articles of incorporation in order to abolish the share certificates issued by the Company and shift to a company that does not issue share certificates. Since March 20, 2019, food tickets have been abolished as part of total cost reduction activities. Meals were booked and settled using the bar code on the employee ID card, and the meal used was deducted from salary.
