A colleague who worked in the formulation of the 2016 health and safety activity plan proposed to create a “gate of safety”. Why doesn’t each company have a “gate to safety” when they travel to other companies? That simple question became the starting point.

In this way, we could contribute to the creation of a safe and secure workplace.

Today, we have signed a five-year technical assistance contract with Pakistan’s AuVitronics Limited (AVT). AVT is a major supplier of IMC (Pakistan Toyota) and at the same time one of the Habib Chaebol Group in Pakistan (IMC is also the Habib Group). AVT owns state-of-the-art production equipment (testing machines, clean rooms, etc.), and is one of the companies with the latest equipment locally. In the future, we will proceed with facility meetings and chemical selection, and try the plating line in October 2016. We will proceed with the goal of starting production in July 2017. Along with this, AVT staff will be staying in Kanto Kasei for two months for plating training from early summer 2017.

Following the conclusion of a resin plating technology support contract with Albano Argentina in October last year, the president and two persons in charge of Albano today visited the company to learn about the plating process in detail for three days and discuss the plating equipment. I will do it. The facility design has already been completed, and we plan to complete the facility construction in December 2015 and plan a line-off in May 2016.
